10 Sale Terms

Special Aussies Foundation is an agent for Ablenet, Early Age Mobility and Mobility for You, for the sale of children’s paediatric equipment (Equipment). The terms and conditions of sale of the Equipment (including warranty, repairs, returns and instructions as to use) are determined by the Supplier, not by Special Aussies Foundation. Special Aussies Foundation will provide a copy of the relevant terms and conditions to the purchaser upon request or immediately prior to the sale of any Equipment. All transactions relating to the Equipment are undertaken by Special Aussies Foundation in its capacity as agent for the Supplier.
